Download Notes:  Clicking the link below should begin a download of the .pdf Word Guide.  If it doesn't you may need to do something different.  On a PC you can Right-Click on the link and select "Save As."  On a Mac you can Command-Click and select "Save Link as..."  For some unknown reason the browser Safari thinks these are Postscript files, and so it appends a .ps to the end of the file name, which will keep your computer from opening it.  But you can work around that problem like this:  Once the file is downloaded, locate it, and then rename it, removing the .ps.  The name should be something like "WordGuide-5-26-08WordGuideTitle.pdf."  As long as it ends with .pdf and nothing else, the file should open fine.  Firefox works fine.
